Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Our Commitment

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance stance on bribery and corruption. Allegro Real Estate conducts all business dealings in a lawful, honest, and transparent manner, in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Policy Principles:

  • Bribes must never be offered, accepted, or solicited under any circumstances

  • Hospitality or gifts must be reasonable, proportionate, and declared

  • Any suspected breaches must be reported without delay

  • All contractors, consultants, and suppliers are expected to uphold equivalent standards

We are committed to delivering excellent service. If you experience any issues or concerns, we welcome your feedback and are dedicated to resolving matters swiftly and fairly.

How to Raise a Concern:

  1. Please email your complaint to support@allegrorealestate.co.uk, including your contact information and a brief description of the issue.

  2. We will acknowledge your message within 3 working days.

  3. A full response will be provided within 10 working days, following an internal review.

  4. If you remain dissatisfied, we will guide you on further steps, which may include referral to an independent mediator or relevant professional body.
